With a Masters in Strategic Technology Management from Manchester School of Management in cooperation with Bocconi University and a focus on Innovation Management, Rainer has always been ahead of the curve in helping organizations acquire best leadership talent.

With more than 15 years experience in Executive Search, Rainer is today the trusted advisor of many leaders and organizations in search of mission-critical leadership talent.

Rainer Maria is familiar with the demanding task of helping pre-IPO high-tech companies expand internationally and build the start up team for foreign-capital subsidiaries. Rainer Maria’s expertise in Leadership and Strategy serves also mid-size players, large MNCs, holdings, regional headquarters and subsidiaries of foreign-capital organizations with a focus on C-level and technical expert positions.
